About the Role You will manage and supervise the Warehouse org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, with country-level accountability. You will drive improvements, ensure governance and process execution, and lead the direct reports to deliver safe, compliant and timely warehouse operations for energy and data management in the automotive industry. What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Warehouse org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offer consulting and contribute to improvement of service delivery.
- Take responsibility for standard and governance adherence and process execution.
- Lead the direct reports in the area of responsibility.
- Plan regular team activity to cover all activity stages and respond to all requests received.
- Define team members’ objectives, tasks and responsibilities; provide clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of results.
- Identify training and development needs of direct reports and support their professional growth.
- Propose and apply measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
- Ensure completeness of activities (unloading, reception, labeling, storage, handling picking, sequencing, loading and shipping) inside one of the Raw Material/Semi-Finished/Finished Goods warehouses.
- Ensure good management of the technical equipment used in the warehouse while safety rules are respected.
- Ensure the accuracy of stocks within the warehouse. What We're Looking For
- Education: University Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in VCM.
- Language: French & English.
- IT: Microsoft Office.
- Technical Competences: Warehouse Management Systems / Value Chain Analysis / Supply Chain.
- Social Competences: Conflict Management / Feedback Skills / Moderation Skills / Negotiation Skills / Presentation Skills / Problem Solving Techniques / Project Management.
