About the Role You will manage and supervise the Warehouse org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, with country-level accountability. You will drive improvements, ensure governance and process execution, and lead the direct reports to deliver safe, compliant and timely warehouse operations for energy and data management in the automotive industry. - Identify potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offer consulting and contribute to improvement of service delivery.
- Take responsibility for standard and governance adherence and process execution.
- Lead the direct reports in the area of responsibility.
- Plan regular team activity to cover all activity stages and respond to all requests received.
