The Warehouse Manager is based at the Totowa, NJ warehouse and reports to the North America Logistics Director. The successful candidate will lead all warehouse operations while driving a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
This is more than a traditional warehouse management role. We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader who can evaluate people, processes, systems, and facility operations to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate has experience leading Lean initiatives, improving productivity, developing talent, and creating sustainable operational efficiencies.
