Job title: Warehouse Manager
About the Role Join ANDRITZ as a Warehouse Manager in Foshan. You will supervise warehouse operations, implement ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S and safety management, optimize storage and material flow, and coordinate with management and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Supervise data processing, goods receipt/issue and loading groups
- Effectively implement ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S and safety management in the organization
- Set up team targets, monitor and continuously improve team performance
- Communicate effectively between management, related departments and own team; develop a high-satisfaction, high-performance workforce
- Plan for best storage space utilization
- Continuously optimize workflow, digitalization and automation of storage and material flow; increase data and material handling productivity
- Organize company annual inventory counting and regular ASP warehouse inventory counting
- Provide feedback to division about slow-moving items monthly
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports to Manufacturing Manager
- Provide support regarding warehouse/inventory management to Manufacturing Manager
- Book-keeping of finished product packaging and packing material purchasing requests
