About this role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in Lekki, Lagos. This role oversees inventory, stock movement, order fulfilment, and the daily functioning of the warehouse to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and security within a fashion and retail environment. The successful candidate will manage a team, maintain precise records, and coordinate all receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while upholding safety and organizational standards. Remuneration is in the range of N250,000 to N300,000 net per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and stock movement to ensure timely processing of orders and smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to fulfil customer requirements
- Supervise warehouse staff and drive operational efficiency and accountability
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain correct inventory levels
- Ensure proper organization, safety, and security of the warehouse facilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in fashion or retail
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- Good leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
