Job title: Warehouse Management Process Mining Analyst and Developer
About the Role You will join Avnet's Bernburg logistics center to drive process mining initiatives for warehouse management, turning data into actionable insights to optimize operations and support the site's growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze warehouse processes using process mining techniques and tools to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics, IT, and operations teams to implement data-driven improvements.
- Develop and maintain process mining models and data pipelines to support ongoing optimization.
- Monitor performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with data analysis in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of process mining concepts and tools (e.g., Celonis or similar) and SQL/Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in German; willingness to work onsite in Bernburg.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP or WMS systems and logistics data sources.
- Knowledge of data visualization and dashboarding tools.
