Warehouse Logistics Coordinator IV (Contractor)

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented warehouse team member to support packing, assembly, and shipping operations in Bellmawr, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production and distribution setting while maintaining accuracy across inventory and order fulfillment tasks. The role focuses on coordinating materials, preparing outbound shipments, and helping keep warehouse workflow organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to established production and packaging instructions.

• Retrieve parts and materials from stock to support order fulfillment and line-side operations.

• Prepare cartons, labels, cushioning, and other shipping supplies for daily outbound activity.

• Pack finished goods securely to ensure safe and accurate shipment to customers or internal destinations.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording stock movement and monitoring material levels.

• Support warehouse and production workflow by organizing materials for packing and distribution.

• Verify picked items against work orders or shipping documentation before final packaging.

• Assist with general logistics activities that keep shipping and materials handling operations running smoothly.

• At least 6 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, packing, or production support roles.

• Hands-on knowledge of materials handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.

• Ability to perform product assembly, picking, packing, and shipment preparation with strong attention to detail.

• Experience tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records for stocked materials and outbound orders.

• Familiarity with shipping functions, packaging components, and general warehouse logistics practices.

• Comfortable working in a production-focused warehouse environment with repetitive physical tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting.
