Your responsibilities:

• Execute the swift, accurate, and high-volume loading and unloading of diverse materials, boxes, and packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers.
• Safely and efficiently utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move inventory to ensure optimal dock flow.
• Verify the integrity of inbound and outbound shipments, noting any discrepancies, and ensuring all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
• Proactively uphold all warehouse safety protocols and strictly follow proper lifting and maneuvering techniques to prevent injury.
• Quickly integrate into various operational teams and adapt to different inventory management methods utilized by our clients.

location: Henrico, VA work hours: Variable

dress code: Protective footwear is required and shall meet ASTM F2413-11 "Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective ( Safety) Toe Cap Footwear" and have a slip-resistant rating designated as "Better or Best"
