Job Description We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the safe storage and movement of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue products and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or losses.
- Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams on stock movement.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse and safety procedures.
Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
