About the Role Warehouse Inventory Clerk-I will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, controlling the flow of materials and maintaining good housekeeping. This on-site role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and operates Monday–Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Culver City facility. What You'll Do
- Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
- Collaborate with buyers to address and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
- Update and manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs, overseeing inventory in the inspection area.
- Coordinate with buyers and production supervisor to issue materials and kits for production build requirements.
- Retrieve accessories for sales orders, facilitate returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
- Record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, including clear bin labeling, tracking date codes, and adhering to FIFO.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components (printed circuit board assemblies, accessories, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts; background checks and drug tests required. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities as the company grows or warehouse needs change.
- Knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols in a warehouse environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $23-$25 hourly. This pay range is not a guarantee and will vary based on experience and qualifications.
