Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager
Overview
Group Aldelia Nigeria is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, deliveries, stock transfers, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage stock transfers to boutiques and other business locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Implement stock control, inventory security, and loss-prevention measures.
- Coordinate with Retail, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Monitor staff productivity and warehouse performance.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and fulfilment issues.
- Improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare reports on inventory, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfilment, or logistics management.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and loss prevention.
- Experience coordinating deliveries and stock transfers across multiple locations.
- Good knowledge of warehouse or inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses is an advantage.
