About this role
The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager will oversee warehouse operations, inventory storage, security, order fulfillment, deliveries and stock transfers to boutiques. The role will ensure efficient warehouse processes, accurate stock management and effective loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations and fulfillment activities.

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

Ensure merchandise is stored securely and appropriately.

Coordinate deliveries and stock transfers to boutiques.

Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.

Implement stock control and loss-prevention measures.

Coordinate cycle counts and physical stock counts.
-
Investigate stock discrepancies and variances.
-
Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.

Monitor warehouse staff performance and productivity.

Maintain warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business

Administration or related field.

5–8 years' warehouse/logistics experience.

Experience managing inventory in retail, luxury goods, FMCG or

similar environments.

Supervisory/managerial experience required.
