About the Role
Join ULINE as a Warehouse Department Manager for overnight operations. Lead a team to ensure accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on operational leadership, process optimization, and employee development during the overnight shift.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the overnight warehouse department, ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Plan staffing, assign responsibilities, and coach team members to meet daily objectives.
- Coordinate with receiving, inventory, shipping, and transportation to optimize flow and accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs, identify process improvements, and enforce company policies and safety standards.
- Partner with supervisors and management to drive continuous improvement and employee development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably with overnight shifts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of safety policies, inventory controls, and performance metrics.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and data-driven decision making (preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience with ULINE or similar e-commerce/distribution operations.
- Certifications such as WMS, safety, or logistics-related credentials.
