About the Role Uline is seeking a Warehouse Custodian/Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in Etna, Ohio. The role supports daily warehouse operations by performing custodial tasks, clearing debris, and ensuring restroom and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain all assigned areas of the warehouse, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, and offices
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces; empty trash and recycle consistently
- Replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels) and report any maintenance needs
- Follow safety and company policies, wear appropriate PPE, and document incidents as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to support a safe and productive environment
What We're Looking For
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate loads; stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
Nice to Have
- Experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Knowledge of safety procedures and sanitation practices
