About this role
About the Role Warehouse Clerk accepts and processes incoming stock orders and stores factory-sourced parts and related materials. This role supports inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Receive incoming orders, checks for damaged or missing components, and process claims in a timely manner.
- Receive, document, and store inbound shipments; place parts into correct inventory locations.
- Retrieve back-ordered items from inbound shipments and identify back-order customers to process back-orders (packaging, invoicing and shipping).
- Process customer orders that are part of incoming stock orders and advise the appropriate parts specialist.
- Assist with inventory administration; monitor and adjust inventory levels; perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; ensure forklift is in good operating order.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified forklift operator.
- 2 years of relevant work-related experience.
- Physical requirements: able to lift 51 lbs, stand for long periods, mobile through the warehouse and facility, able to tolerate extreme local temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail, good teamwork and communication; ability to follow company policies and protect confidential information.
- Forklift in good operating order and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, bonus eligible where applicable.
