About the Role Volt is hiring Warehouse Associates in Mesa, AZ to safely load and unload materials, assist in maintaining inventory records, inspect goods for damage, and support daily warehouse operations. This is a full-time temp-to-hire, on-site role requiring adherence to safety protocols and the ability to operate equipment as needed. What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by counting and recording items during loading and unloading
- Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor; ensure items are loaded to minimize damage during transport
- Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Operate cherry picker and reach forklift as required What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform basic warehouse functions
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience operating cherry picker and reach forklift
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Basic computer skills or familiarity with RF guns
- Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM with overtime Nice to Have
- Basic computer skills or mobile device usage such as RF guns (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
