This role supports warehouse operations and delivery coordination by assisting with receiving, inspection, stocking, and dispatching inbound products, handling returns, and coordinating shipments to ensure fast, accurate service and a reliable customer experience. What You'll Do
- Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products
- Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork
- Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers and coordinate schedules
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor
- Encourage safe work practices in others
