About the Role Uline is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Naples, FL warehouse team. This role supports daily warehouse operations and contributes to accurate and timely order fulfillment.
What You'll Do
- Support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate standard warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience with warehouse management systems or order picking technologies
- Forklift or pallet jack certification may be beneficial depending on site
