About the Role
Close coordination with planning and import/export team. Unloading and receiving goods from overseas (record in SAP, verify if it is in good condition and in the correct quantity. Store in Telok Gong racking.) Install all the different parts on shelves as per Proton guidelines and ensure buffer stock is always ready. Print and place corresponding stickers as per Proton guidelines. Wrapping the shelves. Prepare shipment based on customer service picking lists. Close coordination with Proton warehouse, transporter, sika customer service and industry sales team to insure no stock-out in Proton and timely return of empty shelves to Telok Gong. Maintain dedicated workshop clean and organized as per 5S principles
Your Skills and Experience SPM or above. Beyond education level, skills to perform main task will be key.
