Warehouse Associate, Picker/Packer, Animal Health
Our Canal Winchester, OH location is seeking a DC Team Member responsible for fulfilling and shipping customer orders within a distribution center environment. We offer a climate-controlled, small-team environment where you rarely have to work weekends!

Job responsibilities include pulling products accurately and efficiently from stock for customer orders as pick lists are printed, ensuring orders are filled with the earliest expiration dates first; carefully packing orders to ensure product matches customer invoice, quantities are correct, and all brochures and materials are included; and ensuring products ship in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations, including proper labeling, packaging, and logging of all products classified as hazardous materials, including limited quantities, while ensuring manifest documents are accurate and using the most economical shipping method available.
Requirements include no work experience required, must be at least 18 years of age; preferred six months of work experience in a warehouse or production environment; ability to read and understand English to effectively read product descriptions, labels, shelves, and other product documents; basic math skills to ensure accurate product quantities; ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
Physical demands and work environment include lifting and transporting 30 pounds regularly and up to 50-70 pounds on an occasional basis; ability to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift and perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and reaching; may occasionally require working in a cooler environment of 35–46°F. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Flexibility to work mandatory overtime hours during the normal workweek as needed to ensure timely customer delivery. The position may include eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.
