Warehouse Associate - Non Equipment

About the Role Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Non Equipment to support our Ontario, CA operations. The role involves using voice/vision pick technology and RF scanning to accurately pick products, place items into totes, and move them along conveyors, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate Voice / Vision Pick Technology and RF scanners to select products and place them into totes; move totes to infeed on the conveyor.
• Pick products in multiple units of measure (Case, Box, Ea., etc.).
• Use voice-activated handheld device and handheld RF devices as needed.
• Maintain established quality and productivity standards.
• Perform basic math calculations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Occasionally lift products up to 50 pounds.
• This job comprises tasks that are generally routine and repeated during the shift. Standing for long periods of time and some lifting is required. Additional duties may be assigned as directed.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution (Preferred not required).
• High School Diploma (Preferred not required).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $21.00/hour with an 8% differential; total pay rate after differential will be $22.68 per hour.
• Shifts: LUM 1:30PM-10PM plus overtime as needed.
