Job title: Warehouse Associate - Nights - $28/hr +
About the Role Uline is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Night shift to support fast-paced warehouse operations. This role focuses on accurately receiving, stocking, and shipping products to meet customer needs while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
What You'll Do
- Perform inbound and outbound tasks including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts; ensure quality and accuracy of orders
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to Uline policies and standards for cleanliness and safety
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work night shifts
- Ability to lift, push, and move product; physical stamina for long periods on feet
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with warehouse management systems or ERP
- Forklift or pallet jack certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $28/hr
- Night shift differential may apply; benefits and other details available upon hire
