About the Role The Warehouse Associate is a professional who is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy. This role also involves setup, operation and monitoring of machines daily inside the warehouse. What You'll Do
- Retrieve the proper material in coordination with machine production
- Pull/prep orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, and stock all incoming material
- Return inventory after production to the correct location
- Communicate regularly with team members and management regarding concerns, discrepancies, and continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
- Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Ability to push, pull, and lift product using material handling equipment
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving and inventory
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn
- Forklift operator experience is a plus Nice to Have
