About the Role This site-based role supports warehouse operations through stocking, cycle counts, and storing product to ensure accurate inventory and efficient workflow. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment while adhering to quality and regulatory standards. What You'll Do
- Store and stock products using the FIFO/FEFO methods
- Support shipping prep and loading
- Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
- Investigate inventory variances
- Label received product for inventory purposes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- All other duties as deemed appropriate to the position What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately
- Good organizational skills
- Use of Computer, Hand-Held Scanner, Manual and Electric Pallet Jack, Tape Machine, Tape Gun, Razor Knife, Automatic Banding Machine, L-Bar, Scale
- Availability for overtime and weekend work when needed
- Sit down forklift, stand up forklift, pallet rider and turret stock picker certifications must be obtained within the first 6 months
- MHE license or ability to obtain one
- Build Quality into all aspects of work and maintain compliance with FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations; understand U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations; attend required Quality & Compliance training; adopt a Beyond Compliance Quality Culture
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and more with assisted lift; work in hot or cold environments; frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $18/hour + 10% Shift Differential
