Job title: Warehouse Associate
About the Role As a Warehouse Associate at Nellis Auction, you will rotate across core warehouse functions to keep inventory flowing from intake to shipment. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, detail‑driven team that supports multiple stages of order processing and fulfillment.
What You'll Do
- Inventory Processing: Inspect and list auction items accurately, write clear product descriptions, maintain throughput and quality KPIs, and use basic computer tools and warehousing hand tools.
- Putaway: Receive and scan inbound inventory with a handheld scanner, move items from staging to designated storage locations, keep records updated, and flag discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Picking: Locate, scan, and consolidate outbound orders with speed and accuracy; verify correct items for each shipment; assist other warehouse departments as needed.
- Collaborate with teammates, follow safety guidelines, and communicate clearly with supervisors.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; reliable and proactive in managing own workflow.
- Good communication, time management, and reliability; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer or handheld device proficiency; comfortable using iPhones and standard warehousing tools.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required — training provided for the right candidate.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active warehouse duties.
Nice to Have
- Experience with pallet jacks and handheld scanners beyond basic use.
- Comfort learning new inventory systems and software.
