Job title: Warehouse Associate
About the Role The Warehouse Associate will support APR Supply Co. Plum, PA by efficiently receiving, storing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and safety in daily warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Receive shipments and log into inventory; maintain inventory through audits
- Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; build pallets and position them at loading docks
- Move incoming shipments to put-away zones effectively; assist in loading trucks
- Use RF scan device and Warehouse Management System to track and manage orders
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; report malfunctions or safety concerns
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards; overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- One year of warehouse experience
- Minimum 6 months pallet jack experience; forklift experience preferred
- Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and use Warehouse Management System
- Ability to count accurately on a repetitive basis
- Physically able to lift and carry products up to 75 pounds regularly
- Effective communication with leads, supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Self-motivated and able to work with others; detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Forklift experience is a plus (already noted as preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage range: $18-$19/hr depending on experience
