Job title: Warehouse Associate - Fulfillment (Forklift Certified)

About the Role At EVERSANA's Memphis distribution center, you will support order fulfillment to get life-saving products to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. The role focuses on assisting the Supervisor with picking, packing, manifesting and staging shipments, and requires certification on EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate a safe operational environment by complying with EVERSANA safety requirements and completing pre/post lift truck equipment checklists.
  • Adhere to SOPs that control the order fulfillment process and the flow of materials in specialized areas.
  • Assist with order processing tasks including picking, packing, manifesting, and staging finished shipments.
  • Participate in problem solving when errors or issues arise; adhere to client-specific pack-out SOPs.
  • Perform end-of-shift inventory checks; communicate obstacles to supervisor/lead; and perform tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, modeling inclusive behaviors.
  • Demonstrate ability to formulate emails to EVERSANA staff as a means of communication when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to direct workflow while working alongside material handling teammates; effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors regarding work requirements.
  • Pays meticulous attention to detail; task-oriented with flexibility to modify work schedule to support company needs.
  • Ability to safely operate forklift equipment; certified on EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Bendi Forklift).
  • Ability to complete tasks on a daily basis with minimal supervision; maintain accurate inventory levels of client’s shipping supplies.
  • Focus on safety and adherence to Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week; flexibility to meet shift requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
  • Mandated uniform: Khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a business casual shirt. Uniforms provided after a 60-day probationary period.
