Job title: Warehouse Associate
About the Role As the Warehouse Associate at Formlabs, you’ll help ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, support production and distribution operations, and uphold best-in-class warehouse processes. You’ll work hands-on with transportation, inventory systems, and material handling equipment to keep products moving from receipt to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage domestic and international truckload and LTL freight
- Assist with customer and intracompany orders
- Use forklift and electric pallet jack to load and unload pallets
- Apply labels to the boxes and scan them into the system
- Receive, transfer and send orders using the inventory system
- Change agent to support “best of class” logistics processes
- Support the freight needs of production and distribution centers
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Systems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and problem solve
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field; commensurate experience considered in lieu of education
