Job title: Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator
About the Role This role supports Dana's warehouse and logistics operations in Escobedo, MX. The incumbent will be responsible for unloading shipments, managing material transfers, forklift-related tasks, and ensuring proper labeling and packaging in accordance with quality and environmental standards. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IATF-16929:2016 is required.
What You'll Do
- Comply with the daily unloading of boxes, trucks, containers and empty pack shipments to suppliers.
- Perform forklift-related tasks including completing forklift checklist, downloading, validating and identifying material.
- Place the weeded material in the warehouse and execute transfers between locations.
- Comply with respective transfers of material located in warehouses.
- Affix diamond IDs to indirect materials (paint, oils).
- Unloading Wood Packaging.
- Prepare material to send to supplier.
What We're Looking For
- Forklift operation experience and ability to perform forklift checklist.
- Experience downloading, validating and identifying material.
- Ability to place materials in warehouse and conduct transfers between locations.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures and work in a warehouse environment.
