Job title: Warehouse Associate
About the Role At EVERSANA's Memphis distribution center, you will play a critical role in moving life-saving products from dock to storage to staging and shipment in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires certification to operate EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles and adherence to SOPs to ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe, compliant operations. This position supports our patient-first mission by getting products to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes around the clock.
What You'll Do
- Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
- Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
- Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
- Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift through EVERSANA's certification program
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate EVERSANA RF device
- Move materials through our dock-to-storage-to-staging-to-shipment workflow per SOPs
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift operation experience required; work in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills (calculator may be used) to manage order documentation
- Ability to follow instructions without deviation
- Ability to work the required hours (40 hrs/week) with overtime as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand/walk at least 80% of the shift; bending, squatting, pivoting, and stooping as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
