Job title: Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator
About the Role As a Distribution Associate at Owens & Minor, you will be an integral part of our logistics team responsible for ensuring efficient product distribution within our healthcare solutions network. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality service and products to our customers. We are hiring immediately for full-time Distribution Teammate/Equipment Operators. These roles support front line healthcare workers in the Hanover area by providing them with medical products that save lives.
What You'll Do
- Operating material handler equipment to pick, pack and stock warehouse orders
- Assuring that shipping/receiving counts match picking/purchase order documents and assisting in resolving any discrepancies
- Picking orders to be shipped, ensure proper labels and paperwork have been applied before shipping
What We're Looking For
- Experience with material handling equipment, particularly stand-up forklifts; including cherry picker, reach truck is a plus
- Mandatory overtime required for all shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment and support healthcare customers
- Willingness to work multiple shifts and adapt to overtime as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18.50 per hour with 8% shift differential for 2nd shift
