Job title: Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator
About the Role This role performs warehouse tasks within the facility, primarily without the use of material handling equipment, and supports inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound loading to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The position requires safety-conscious work in a fast-paced distribution center.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments using pallet jack, RF scanner and/or Voice Pick Technology; document variances.
- Perform LUM picking and place items into totes on the conveyor, and remove empty cartons as needed.
- Prepare sortation areas and move cartons/totes to pallets or carts according to batch requirements.
- Load outbound shipments using RF scanner and pallet jack; ensure pallets are loaded correctly onto trucks.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment, follow SOPs, conduct basic inventories, and support team goals.
What We're Looking For
- General knowledge of basic topics and prior experience in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus; warehouse/operations certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet performance standards; strong attention to detail; dependable attendance.
- Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology; ability to follow SOPs and safety rules.
Nice to Have
- Warehouse/Operations certification (a plus).

- Pay: $18.50/hour; shift from 2:30pm to finish.
