Job title: Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator
About the Role We are seeking a FULL TIME Equipment Operator to join our team at Owens & Minor. MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE. The role supports warehouse operations and handling inbound/outbound shipments, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Unloads inbound shipments and receives goods using RF scanner and/or Voice Pick Technology; counts and verifies quantities and documents variances.
- Performs LUM picking and sorts products, placing items into totes on conveyor belts and preparing pick locations.
- Uses RF scanner and pallet jack to load totes, pallets, and carts onto trucks for customer delivery; moves product around the distribution center to replenish stock and optimize flow.
- Conducts bin replenishment, loading/unloading, and ensures outbound loads are accurate and on-time.
- Maintains a safe, clean work environment and follows safety policies; challenges hazards and communicates with management.
- Conducts physical inventories as required and performs basic math calculations.
What We're Looking For
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT TO BE CONSIDERED.
- Experience with RF scanners and/or Voice Pick Technology.
- Ability to count, perform basic math, and ensure accuracy in receiving and order fulfillment.
- Ability to follow sequences, procedures, and safety policies; able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Availability for multiple shifts; onsite in Gainesville, FL.

- Pay: $18 per hour, plus 8% shift differential when applicable.
