About the Role Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator to perform distribution center tasks with limited use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). This role unloads inbound shipments, replenishes inventory, picks, packs, and loads outbound orders while ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers manually using a pallet jack.
- Receive, count, verify, and document variances using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
- Perform LUM picking by selecting products as directed by Voice Pick Technology or RF scanner and place into totes on conveyor.
- Remove empty cartons from pick module; prepare sortation area and move cartons to pallets or carts.
- Load totes, pallets, and carts onto trucks for customer delivery using RF scanner and pallet jack.
- Follow general sequencing, safety procedures, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Conduct physical inventories as required and assist with other duties as directed. What We're Looking For
- General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing).
- Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus; Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet performance standards.
- Good attention to detail; dependable with regular punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology; adhere to all SOPs and safety requirements. Nice to Have
- Warehouse/Operations certification.
- Experience with RF scanning/Voice Pick Technology and WMS. Compensation & Benefits
