About the Role Join Uline as a Warehouse Associate on the Day shift. You will support daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders, contributing to fast, reliable fulfillment that keeps customers satisfied.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order accuracy using standard processes and systems.
- Keep the workspace safe and organized; follow all safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Inspect and report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work the Day shift and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong team player with good communication and attention to detail.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience a plus; high school diploma or GED preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with warehouse management systems or RF devices is a bonus.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (if applicable).
