About the Role CNH’s Lebanon team is looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our warehouse operations. This role supports receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping parts, uses barcode scanning devices, and operates powered equipment to maintain efficient, accurate warehouse processes. It emphasizes reliability, safety, and the opportunity to cross-train in multiple areas as needed. What You'll Do
- Receive parts from suppliers and ship products to customers, open boxes, pick, package/repack parts, and use barcode scanning devices.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
- Safely lift and move parts up to 40 pounds from floor to heights of 20-30 feet; work standing/walking for long periods; overtime may be required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform housekeeping tasks.
- Sort products of various sizes and weights and stage for proper warehouse put away; replenish parts in bin and rack areas.
- Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received.
- Cross-train by working in any area as needed based on business needs and staffing levels.
- Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment. What We're Looking For
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to teamwork.
- Able to stand/walk for 8+ hours; push/pull; lift up to 40 lbs; and perform repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits
- Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Starting Hourly Rate: $24.29.
