About the Role CNH Industrial's Cameron team is seeking dependable, safety-focused warehouse professionals to join our operation. This role supports receiving, shipping, and various warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely parts flow for customers. What You'll Do
- Receive parts from suppliers, ship products to customers, open boxes, pick, package/repackage parts, use a bar code scanning device, and operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
- Safely select, lift, and move parts up to 40 pounds from various heights, with work occurring up to 20-30 feet off floor level as needed.
- Load Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area through housekeeping, sweeping, and organizing boxes and pallets.
- Confirm accuracy and quality of received materials; replenish parts in bin and rack areas; stage for proper warehouse put-away.
- Cross-train by working in any area as needed based on business needs and staffing levels; overtime may be required. What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Able to speak, read, and understand basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge; knowledge of Click System is a plus. Nice to Have
- Minimum 1 year of applicable warehouse experience.
