About the Role CNH's Toronto team is looking for dependable, safety-focused warehouse associates. You will perform receiving, shipping, picking, packaging, and operate powered equipment to support warehouse operations, while ensuring accuracy and quality of materials. The role requires standing for long periods and potential overtime. What You'll Do
- Receive parts from suppliers, ship products to customers, open boxes, pick, package/repackage parts, use a barcode scanning device, and operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
- Safely lift/move parts up to 40 pounds and work at heights up to 20-30 feet; load small parcel carriers using mobile equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping; sort products and stage for proper warehouse put away; verify accuracy, quality and quantity of received materials; replenish parts in bin and rack areas; cross-train in other areas as needed.
- Prolonged standing/walking, repetitive bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching; overtime based on business needs. What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older; ability to speak, read and understand basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge; knowledge of Click System a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Prior experience in a production/warehouse environment is a plus. Nice to Have
