About the Role CNH’s Lebanon warehouse team is seeking dependable, safety-focused members to join our team. This role supports receiving, shipping, picking, packaging, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Receive parts from suppliers and ship products to customers
- Open boxes, pick and package/repack parts, and use a barcode scanning device
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks
- Safely lift/move parts up to 40 pounds from floor level to various heights repeatedly
- Load small parcel carriers using mobile equipment; perform housekeeping and proper staging
- Verify accuracy and quality of received materials; replenish parts in bins and racks; assist with location-based part placement
- Expect prolonged standing/walking (8+ hours with overtime as needed) and occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching; cross-train across areas as needed What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to speak, read, and understand basic English
- Basic computer knowledge; knowledge of Click System is a plus
- Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday night shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) and overtime as needed
- Safety-focused, dependable, and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs Nice to Have
