Job title: Warehouse Administrator

About the Role The Warehouse Administrator will ensure stock is correctly inbounded on SAP, picked and delivered to customers accurately and on time, and correctly recorded and reported so that stock can be tracked efficiently to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to customers. The role requires high levels of accuracy, urgency and planning, proactive inter-departmental communication and strict adherence to standard operating procedures and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure stock is inbounded on SAP, picked and delivered to customers accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in SAP and related systems, providing timely reporting for traceability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support on-time, in-full deliveries and optimize logistics processes.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts and raise issues to maintain inventory control.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, safety, environment and quality requirements; support continuous improvement.
  • Deputize for the Supervisor when needed and maintain proactive communication across teams.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and documentation management to ensure traceable records.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), particularly SAP, and basic MS Office.
  • Forklift and Reach Truck Operator Licence.
  • Strong information and document management and administrative/reporting skills.
  • Some knowledge of employee and industrial relations to deputise for the Supervisor when needed.
  • Vigilance and risk awareness (safety, environment and quality); knowledge of safety, first aid and firefighting.
  • Basic business and financial acumen.
  • Team player with good relationship-building and communication skills; precise, methodical and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage ongoing stress, tight deadlines and maintain physical stamina.
  • Minimum qualification: Higher Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Operations Management.
  • Preferred: Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse environment; Automotive/manufacturing/FMCG experience preferred.
  • SST Level: SST I (Quality) @ Grade 6B.
