-
Drive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure Accounts and Card functionalities operate seamlessly across all platforms during each product implementation and release
-
Prioritize initiatives and maintain a structured product backlog and delivery roadmap balancing regulatory, operational, and customer experience needs.
-
Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders including business, operations, compliance, and customer support
-
Define functional requirements and translate business requirements into clear product specifications for core banking capabilities supporting deposit accounts and cards
-
Drive innovation in wallet functionality, including card controls, real-time payments (RTP / FedNow), ACH and direct deposit, tokenized payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay), APY-bearing savings, remote check deposit, cash load networks and integration with cross-border remittance.

-
Partner with Compliance, Legal and the sponsor bank to ensure programs meet U.S. requirements, including Regulation E, Regulation DD, Regulation II (Durbin), BSA/AML, OFAC, FDIC pass-through insurance, CFPB/UDAAP expectations and card network operating rules
-
Define and manage the full product lifecycle of Deposit Account and Card products
-
Ensure operational teams have the processes, tools, and documentation needed to support payment products effectively
-
Ensure strong program governance, tracking delivery progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers
