About this role
We are seeking kind, reliable Waking Night Care Professionals to join our growing team in Bromley, London. This full-time role offers a salary of £129–£141 per waking night shift and provides visa transfer for applicants already in the UK. There is also a referral bonus of up to £500 for Refer a Friend.
During waking night shifts, you will provide high-quality care to enable adults to live independently at home, maintaining a calm, safe, and supportive environment throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive waking night care to clients, supporting their personal and daily living needs as required
- Monitor safety and well-being during the night and respond promptly to needs or concerns
- Assist with routines and activities that promote independence in the home setting
- Communicate effectively with clients and, as applicable, with family or care team members to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate kindness, dependability, and respect in all interactions
