Job title: Waitstaff – The Living Room
YellowDoor Hotels is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waitstaff to join The Living Room team, serving as the primary point of contact for guests and delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining premium hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and seamless table service across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
- Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Anticipate guest needs and recommend menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Set and prepare dining areas according to hospitality standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle trays, food, and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating morning, afternoon, and evening shifts from Monday to Saturday.
Work Mode and Schedule:
- On-site (Rotating Shifts).
- Shifts include morning, afternoon, and evening; workdays are Monday to Saturday.
- Job Type: Full-Time.
