Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and serve meals and beverages promptly
- Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service
- Process customer bills and payments accurately when required
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a hospitality/customer service role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
