Job Description We are seeking a friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and promptly attend to their requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Process bills and payments accurately, where required.
- Adhere to the hotel's hygiene, safety, and service standards
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good personal hygiene, grooming, and a professional appearance.
- Customer-focused, honest, punctual, and attentive to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
