Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and arrange dining areas before service and ensure clean up after service.
- Maintain a high standard of table presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with the cafe policies.
- Report guest feedback, complaints, or operational issues to the cafe supervisors.
- Comply with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Requirements

A minimum of SSCE/High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a waiter in a hospitality role is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must becustomer service oriented.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Good personal grooming and professional appearance.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
