Job Purpose

• To provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Present menus and explain available meals and beverages.
• Take customers’ orders accurately.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied.
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
• Process bills and payments where required.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate serious issues to the Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist with setting tables and preparing the restaurant before service.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork skills.
