Location: Swissôtel Living Jeddah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Description: As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards
• Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, with meticulous attention to detail
• Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels
• Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction
• Contributing to the hotel's financial performance through efficient and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Basic English skills are a must.
• Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
• Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
