Job Description
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Assign tables and follow up on reservations and special guest requests.
- Coordinate and supervise restaurant service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
- Assigning tasks to the dining room staff and preparing the daily work schedule.
- Ensuring accurate, efficient, and attentive service in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
- Briefing and coaching waitstaff and other employees.
- Ensuring proper mise-en-place and overseeing the dining room, tables, buffet, and service.
