WAITER (MALE)
We are looking for courteous, energetic, and customer-focused waiters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Provide a professional welcome and attend to guests. Take and accurately process food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Set up and clear dining and service areas. Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly arranged. Respond to guests' requests and inquiries professionally. Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service. Work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service. Follow company procedures and food safety standards. Report guest complaints, service issues, or operational concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements: Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent. Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or hospitality environment is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Must be willing and flexible to work or move between different outlets as operational needs require. Accommodation may be provided depending on the outlet/location of posting.
