Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented hospitality professional dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury dining environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform seamlessly under pressure while maintaining high service standards. Proven experience in fine dining, menu presentation, and guest relations will be considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence

  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach

  • Ability to accurately present menu items and enhance sales through appropriate food and beverage pairings

  • Skilled in handling guest complaints professionally and maintaining confidentiality

  • Capable of providing personalized service even during high-volume operations

  • Proficient in fine dining service standards, table setup, and service protocols

  • Experienced in operating POS systems with high accuracy in order entry and payment processing

  • Ability to promptly and efficiently respond to special guest requests

  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills to ensure smooth service flow

  • Full adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards

  • Demonstrates the brand’s image through professional appearance, attitude, and behavior
